Overview
Student Counselling Services (SCS) provide professional support to help students manage personal, academic, social and emotional challenges that may affect their well-being and academic performance. The counselling services are managed by a full-time registered counsellor who helps students achieve positive physical and emotional growth. Through counselling sessions, students are encouraged to develop self-awareness, resilience, and healthy coping strategies to navigate university life successfully.
All counselling sessions are conducted in a private setting and all information shared will be treated with strict confidentiality to ensure students feel safe and supported when seeking help.
